 Pizza Crust

What you’ll need:

  • 1 egg white (3 tbsp liquid egg whites)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • Italian Seasonings


What to do:

Step 1: Beat eggs with egg whites in large mixing bowl

Step 2: Add coconut flour and seasonings and whisk well.

Step 3: Spray skillet with nonstick spray

Step 4: Add dough to hot skillet.

Step 5: Cook 3-5 minutes and flip.

Step 6: Add desired pizza toppings and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
