Pancake Sticks


What You Need:

  • 260g egg whites
  • 75g Pea Protein (you need to use Pea Protein as whey will produce the consistency for these fluffy pancake sticks! – here is the brand I used)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 packets stevia or sweetener to taste



What To Do:


Step 1: Preheat oven to 325F
Step 2: Combine all ingredient and mix well. I used my stand mixer’s whisk attachment for fluffiest results!

Step 3: Coat 9×9 baking pan with nonstick spray.

Step 4: Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.

Step 5: Bake 10 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 6: Cut 9×9 pancake into 4 squares. Cut each square into 4 sticks.

Serve with sugar free syrup for dipping 🙂
