Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats:

What you’ll need:

  • ½ cup rolled or old fashioned oats
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Optional: Stevia to taste

What to do:

Step 1: Add ½ cup rolled/old fashioned oats to jar

Step 2: Add 1 scoop protein

Step 3: Add stevia if you wish

Step 4: Add ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Step 5: Seal jar tightly and shake

Step 6: Leave in Refrigerator overnight.

**Optional to add fruits, nuts, granola, etc in the morning
