Low Calorie Brownies

What You Need:

  • 150g Vanilla* Greek Yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 50g Rolled Oats
  • 90g Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • (1/2 cup) ~14g Baking Stevia
  • 40g unsweetened cocoa powder


*I recommend a vanilla Greek Yogurt versus the plain. I tried with both and the plain flavor was noticeably bitter in the brownie. If you do use the plain yogurt, consider adding a bit more Stevia, or adding a few drops of liquid Vanilla Stevia.


What to Do:


Step 1: Preheat over to 400F
Step 2: Place all ingredients in blender/food processor and blend until smooth (~1 minute)


Step 3: Grease an 8×8 baking dish


Step 4: Pour batter into baking dish.


Step 5: Bake 12-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean


Step 6: Allow to cool completely before cutting into 16 squares
