DAY 6: Full Body Conditioning Day

Warm up circuit:

20 jumping jacks

Banded Side Lateral Squat Walks – 12/side

15 Banded Sumo squats

20 Arm Circles

x2

 

Circuit #1:

10/leg step ups into reverse lunge

10 push ups on bench

10 up-downs

30 Russian twists with medicine ball

rest. Repeat 4x

 

Circuit #2:

10 Frog Jumps

15 bench dips

15 inverted rows – use TRX or bar

10 pikes on rower or TRX

rest. Repeat 4x

 

Circuit #3:

Single Arm Dumbbell Thruster 10/arm

20 pop squats on aerobic bench

20 Renegade Rows (10/arm)

15 V-ups with med ball

rest. Repeat 4x
