Ezekiel French Toast


What you’ll need:

  • 2 slices Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel Bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp Stevia or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


What to do:

Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.

Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon, set aside.

Step 3: Heat skillet and spray with coconut oil spray

Step 4: Drench Ezekiel Bread in egg mixture and add to hot skillet.

Step 5: Cook each side about 1-2 minutes each side.

Step 6: Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Step 7: Serve immediately and top with sugar free syrup if desired.
