Egg Wrap

 

What you’ll need:

  • 2 whole eggs
  • ¼ cup liquid egg whites
  • desired foods for filling and stuffing the wrap

 

What to do:

Step 1: Heat skillet and spray with coconut oil spray

Step 2: In a bowl, crack eggs and whisk together with liquid egg whites

Step 3: Add egg mixture slowly to skillet and cook 3-4 minutes.

Step 4: Flip as one piece

Step 5: Add desired filling ingredients to one side of egg wrap, fold over and cook about 1 minute per side.

Step 6: Remove from heat and serve immediately.
