Egg Muffins

 

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 3 slices Sargento Ultra-Thin Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • desired veggies

 

What to do:

Step 1: Preheat Oven to 375 degrees

Step 2: Mix together 1 cup liquid egg whites + 4 eggs. Set aside

Step 3: Chop Desired Veggies

Step 4: Spray 12-cup Muffin Tin thoroughly or use liners

Step 5: Add in chopped veggies to each cup

Step 6: Evenly divide egg mixture among cups

Step 7: Fold each slice of cheese into quarters.

Step 8: Place one quarter on each muffin

Step 9: Bake for 15 -18 minutes

 

Makes 12 muffins. Macros for 1 muffin = 5p/1.5c/2.5F = 50ca
