DAY 6: Total Body Conditioning

 

Warm up: 10 minute incline walking (as high as you can and as fast as you can without holding on – challenge yourself safely!)

 

Circuit #1: 3x

                20 BW Walking Lunges

                20 Split Jumps

                15 Ball Slams

                5/direction lateral plank walks + 3 Push Ups and 3 Tricep Push Ups – then change direction and go back

 

Circuit #2: 3x

                20 KB Goblet Squats

                20 KB swings

                20 Plank Elevated Shoulder Taps (try to keep hip still)

                20 banded/light weight Lateral Raises  

 

Circuit #3: 3x

                10 Push Up Box Jump (push up, box jump = 1 rep)

                12 alternating Cross Body V-Up

                30 Mountain Climbers
