One Giant Set

 

25 KB Swings

30 alternating plank shoulder taps

10 up down to box jumps

20 squat to alternating curtsy lunge

15 standing DB Arnold Presses

15 Lateral Raises

15 banded plank jacks on sliding discs (or paper towels)

30 Mountain climbers on sliding discs (or paper towels)

20-30 second sled push

 

Perform all exercises back to back as one giant set. Minimal rest between exercises. Rest 1-2 minutes between sets. Complete total of 3 sets.
