Circuit #1:

15 medicine ball slams

10 bosu ½ burpees

Single arm KB swings – 15 reps per arm

Repeat circuit 3-5x

 

Circuit #2:

Reverse lunge to single leg jump – 10 reps per leg

20 pop squats

15 KB sumo squat to up right rows

Repeat circuit 3-5x

 

Ropes Circuit #3:

1 slam + 1 up down – 10 rounds

10/arm Single arm slam + plank hold

15 side winders

Repeat circuit 3x

 

Circuit #4:

10 Prisoner Get up to Box Jumps

20 Alternating lateral step up jumps

10 straddle box jumps

Repeat circuit 3x
