DAY 6: Conditioning

 

Warm up: 10 min incline walk

 

For the timed circuits below, you will repeat each superset 3-4x, for a total of 6-8 minutes per circuit:

 

Circuit #1: 3-4x

            :30 High knees

            :30 mountain climbers

            :30 burpees

            :30 bicycle crunches

 

Circuit #2: 3-4x

            :30 Box or Bench jumps

            :30 plank hip taps

            :30 per leg bench up and overs

 

Circuit #3: 3-4x

            :30 Medicine Ball Slam

            :30 alternating medicine ball push ups

            :30/arm plank up downs

 

Finish with AMRAP 6 minutes:

            20jump squats

            20 bench toe taps

            20 alternating DB squat to stiff dead

            20 KB swings
