20 Kneeling Overhead Medicine Ball Slams

Superset #1: 3-4 sets

Cable Face Pulls – 20 reps

DB Jumping Jacks – 20 reps

 

Superset #2: 3-4 sets

Kneeling Lat Pull Down – 15 reps

Prisoner Get Up to Squat Jump – 10 reps

 

Superset #3: 4 sets

Bent Over Cable Crossovers – 10 reps

Plank up down to jack – 15 reps

 

Superset #4: 3-4 sets

Narrow Cable Rows – 12 reps

Explosive Bench Push ups – 10 reps
