Circuit #1

30 BB glute bridges

Single leg hip thrusts (push through the heel) – 15 reps per leg

Bench up and overs – 15 reps per leg

30 bench hip-ups

repeat circuit 3x

 

Circuit #2

TRX Pistol Squats – 10 reps per leg

Lateral lunges – 12 reps per leg

Split pulse jumps – 20 reps per leg

12 medicine ball figure 8’s

repeat circuit 3x
