Warm up: 10 min incline walk

 

Superset #1: x 4

            10 banded and weighted Hip thrust

            10/leg single leg hip thrust

 

Superset #2: x3

          12/leg DB/BB reverse lunge to stiff deadlift

          20/leg split pulses

 

Circuit #3: x 3

            15/leg glute push downs on assisted pull up machine

            12 sumo KB squats (elevated if possible on assisted pull up machine)

            12 sumo KB deadlifts

            25 KB swings
