12 per arm Tricep cable push downs

12 Alternating Medicine ball push ups

20 Cable Chest Flyes

15 Rope Overhead Extensions

 

Superset: 3-4 sets

15 per arm DB Tricep Extension

20 Overhead Medicine ball slams

 

Burnout:

3 sets of 15-20 TRX Tricep Extensions
