Chocolate Banana Pronuts


What you’ll need: 

  • 75g Chocolate Fudge Rule 1 Protein
  • 40g Oat Flour
  • 5g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 120g mashed banana (use an overly ripe banana and mash)
  • 50g egg whites
  • 16g Kerry Gold Butter


What to do:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


Step 2: In a mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients

Step 3: Coat a 6-cavitiy donut pan with nonstick spray

Step 4: Divide mixture evenly among donut tins. It should fill about ¾ way up, careful not to cover the donut hole!

Note* the batter should be runny and pour easily (if not, add a bit of unsweetened almond milk)

Step 5: Bake 12-15 minutes. Note*Whey protein has a tendency to become dry if overcooked, so start with 12 minutes.

Step 6: Donuts are done with toothpick inserted comes out clean!





Makes 6 donuts = 12p/8c (with 1g of fiber!)/3f = 110 calories
