Chicken Tenders

Chicken Tenders:

 

What you’ll need:

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter

 

What to do:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Step 2: Combine all spice together in a bowl.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, melt butter.

Step 4: Dip each chicken tender in melted butter and roll in spice mixture.

Step 5: Place on baking sheet.

Step 6: Repeat with all tenders.

Step 6: Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Tip** for crispier chicken, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking.
