Chicken Parmesan

What you’ll need:

  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 Chicken Breast Cutlets
  • ¼ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 whole egg
  • Desired seasonings. (I used Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Seasoning)
  • ¼ cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese

 

What to do:

Step 1: In a skillet, heat 1 tsp olive oil

Step 2: Crack one egg into bowl beat gently

Step 3: In separate bowl, add ¼ cup panko bread crumbs and seasonings

Step 4: Dip chicken breast cutlet (roughly 2 oz) in to egg and then into bread crumbs

Step 5: Place on skillet

Step 6: Cook through for about 5 minutes and flip

Step 7: Cook for another 3-5 minutes

Step 8: Add ¼ cup tomato sauce and 1 oz shredded mozz cheese to chicken

**Meal Idea:

  • Add 1 tsp Olive oil to skillet
  • Add about 4 oz of raw zoodles to skillet
  • Season with Italian seasonings
  • Add ¼ c tomato sauce
  • Serving Chicken

Serves 2.

Macros for one 2-oz piece of chicken without zoodles = 29p/15c/13 F = 298 cals
