Cauliflower Mash

Cauliflower Mash 

What you’ll need:

  • 1 small – medium head cauliflower
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


What to do:

Step 1: Wash and cut florets off head of cauliflower

Step 2: Add florets to pot of water and bring to a boil for 12-15 minutes. Florets are done when you can easily stick a fork through them.

Step 3: Remove from heat and drain all liquid

Step 4: Transfer steamed florets to a food processor

Step 5: Add 1 tsp pepper; 1 tsp garlic powder and any other seasoning of choices. Add 1 tbsp coconut oil if you wish

Step 6: Blend on High

Step 7: Will keep in refrigerator for 3-4 days.


Serves 4.
