Caramel Banana Ice Cream

Caramel Banana Ice Cream:

What you’ll need:

  • 125g frozen banana
  • 1 serving protein powder of choose
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Optional: stevia to taste

 

What to do:

 

Step 1: You will need frozen bananas

Step 2: Using one whole fresh banana (roughly 4 oz (125g)); peel and slice banana and then lay flat in a Ziploc bag. Freeze for several hours or overnight.

Step 3: Add 125g frozen banana to blender

Step 4: Add 1 serving protein powder of choice. I chose to use Rule 1 Salted Caramel in mineJ

Step 5: Add 3-5 ice cubes

Step 6: Add ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Step 7: Add stevia drops if desired

Step 8: Blend

Serve immediately

 

Makes 1 seving. Macros – 27p/30c/3F = 250 cals
