Birthday Cake Donuts:


What you’ll need:

  • ½ cup Kodiak Cake mix
  • 1 serving (20g) Rule 1 Protein
  • 1 egg
  • 40g baking stevia
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk


Optional Icing:

Protein powder of choice

Unsweetened almond milk


What to do:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Combine Kodiak cakes, protein and stevia in mixing bowl

Step 3: Add egg

Step 4: Melt coconut oil and add to bowl

Step 5: Add vanilla extract and almond milk (depending on protein used, may need more or less milk).

Step 6: Mix all ingredient together and beat well.

Step 7: Pour batter into Ziploc bag

Step 8: Cut end of and pipe into a greased donut pan.

Step 9: Bake 7 minutes


Optional Icing:

     Mix together protein powder (any flavor!) with a small amount of unsweetened almond milk until a paste is formed. Frost donut when still warm and allow to cool completely.


Makes 6 servings. Macros for 1 Donut without icing  = 8p/10c/4f
