Tuna Salad

What You Need:

 

  • 2 cups canned albacore tuna, drained (about 450g)
  • 4 oz avocado (about 1 medium)
  • 1 tbsp. Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

What to Do:

 

Step 1: Add drained tuna to mixing bowl and shred using two forkstuna salad 2

Step 2: Add avocado and mayo and mix well until combined

Step 3: Sprinkle in turkey bacon bits

Step 4: Add salt and pepper to taste!

Step 5: Store leftovers in refridgerator for up to 1 week
